A2bet Terms & Conditions for Brazilian Players

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the platform a2bet, available at https://a2bet.click, including all services, games, Sports Betting, and financial features accessible via the website and mobile app. By registering, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or using any platform feature, the user confirms having read this document in full and agrees to be bound by all its provisions.

These terms apply to all a2bet users — new and existing — and supplement any specific rules for promotions, tournaments, or game types that may be published separately on the platform. Where a conflict arises between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the more restrictive provision prevails to protect the integrity of the service.

A2bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated with at least 7 days' notice via the registered email address and an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the new terms take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes.

Use of a2bet is restricted to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Minimum age of 18 completed as of the registration date;
• A resident of Brazil holding a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program on this platform or any linked operator.

Each user may hold only one active account on a2bet. Duplicate registrations — whether using the same CPF, email address, phone number, or residential IP address — are prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being blocked and all pending withdrawals being reviewed. Balances accumulated through multiple accounts may be cancelled.

At registration, you will provide your full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, phone number, and home address. All information must be accurate. a2bet may request supporting documentation at any time to validate the details provided.

A2bet follows Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedures in line with online betting industry best practices and anti-money laundering regulations. Verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time to confirm the account holder's identity.

Accepted documents for verification are:

A2bet charges no fees on deposits. Deposited funds are available immediately for use on games and bets once confirmed by the payment system. The maximum deposit via Pix is R$ 50,000.00 per transaction.

All deposits must come from a bank account, card, or digital wallet held in the registered user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned to the sender and may result in the account being preventively blocked for investigation. a2bet does not accept cash deposits, international transfers, or any payment method not listed above.

Withdrawals at a2bet are processed preferably via Pix, with a maximum processing time of 60 minutes from request approval. The withdrawal service runs every day of the week, including weekends and national public holidays such as Carnival, Tiradentes, Christmas, and New Year's Eve.

General withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount via Pix: R$ 30.00;
• Minimum withdrawal amount via TED: R$ 100.00;
• The Pix key provided must be registered under the same CPF as the a2bet account holder;
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal;
• Your real-money balance (from deposits) can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of any pending bonus rollover;
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable rollover requirement has been fully met.

Withdrawals to Pix keys linked to a CPF other than the account holder's are automatically blocked by the system for security reasons. a2bet does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts under any circumstances. For TED transfers, the destination account must also be held under the same CPF registered on the platform.

A2bet reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or in cases where the anti-fraud system detects unusual transaction patterns. Withdrawals under these conditions may take up to 2 business days to process while verification is completed.

A2bet offers a range of promotions for both new and existing players. Each promotion has specific rules published on its corresponding page, but the general principles below apply to all bonuses:

Contribution by bet type for rollover:

General bonus restrictions:

A2bet may close or suspend an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;

• Order from a competent judicial or regulatory authority;
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months (with prior notice);
• Identification of a security or fraud risk that endangers the platform or other users.

In the event of closure due to inactivity, any remaining balance will be held for 90 days after notification, during which time the user may reactivate the account and withdraw the funds. After this period, the balance may be administratively zeroed in accordance with applicable law.
